1. Product Overview
This explosion-proof three-band infrared flame detector is specially designed for early warning scenarios of multi-fuel type fires. It can accurately capture flame signals generated by the combustion of different fuels such as oil, natural gas, and alcohols, and issue timely alarms.
The detector is equipped with three high-sensitivity sensors of specific infrared wavelengths, combined with a sapphire optical filter, to form an efficient flame detection system. With its unique spectral recognition mechanism, it has excellent response capabilities to various fuel flames and can keenly capture the characteristic spectra of flames. In terms of signal processing, advanced time-domain and frequency-domain signal analysis technologies are used, combined with Fourier fuzzy algorithms and interference source logic judgment, to effectively filter out interference signals such as ambient light and industrial heat body radiation, significantly reducing the probability of false alarms. It can operate stably and reliably in both complex indoor industrial workshops and changeable outdoor open-air environments.
Its specially designed fire signal processing algorithm and multi-sensor collaborative working mode greatly improve the detection sensitivity. Even in harsh industrial environments such as high temperature, extreme cold, and high humidity, it can still maintain efficient and stable detection performance, providing a solid guarantee for fire safety in critical places.
