1.Product Overview
This flame detector is an explosion-proof model specially designed for harsh industrial environments, equipped with a triple-band sensor array of ultraviolet (UV) + dual-infrared (IR1/IR2). It achieves full-spectrum signal acquisition through a sapphire optical filter. Its innovative multi-spectral fusion technology can accurately identify flames from various fuel types such as n-heptane, methane, diesel, and kerosene. By targeting the ultraviolet ionization radiation and infrared thermal radiation characteristics released during combustion, it achieves "≤15-second early warning", significantly outperforming traditional single-band detectors.
