1.Product Overview
This product is an explosion-proof device, suitable for Zone I and Zone II environments where there may be leakage or explosion hazards of flammable or toxic and harmful gases in industries such as petroleum, chemical engineering, gas storage stations, and wine factory production workshops. It is not applicable to Zone 0 or underground coal mine environments. The detector can conduct safe detection and give advance alarms for gas leakage accidents.
The detector features TFT liquid crystal display, infrared remote control, three-wire 4mA-20mA output, RS485 bus communication (Modbus RTU protocol), and passive contact output functions.
2.Product Features
(1) It adopts a 256-color TFT LCD (128*160) display and an infrared remote control function, making it convenient to adjust.
(2) It uses a hot-swappable probe sensor, which is easy to replace in different use sites.
(3) It has a zero-point calibration function, which can avoid measurement errors caused by zero-point drift.
(4) It has a standard RS485 interface based on the Modbus (RTU) protocol.
(5) It can be connected with JB-QB-CH210 combustible gas alarm controllers produced by companies such as PLC and DCS.
(6) It adopts a single-chip microcomputer processing system, with strong stability and anti-interference ability, and low power consumption.
