1. Product Overview
This industrial and commercial point-type combustible gas detector is an explosion-proof safety monitoring instrument integrating concentration display, audible and visual alarm, and ambient temperature monitoring, specially designed for industrial scenarios.
The detector uses a catalytic combustion sensor to detect gas concentration through natural diffusion, featuring high sensitivity and excellent repeatability to quickly capture minor leaks. An industrial-grade segment LCD screen real-time displays concentration values and temperature data with a clear interface. When the gas concentration or temperature reaches the alarm threshold, it triggers audible and visual alarms and outputs control signals to drive the exhaust system, achieving automated "monitoring-alarm-disposal" response to gain precious handling time for on-site safety.Supporting the RS485 communication protocol, the detector can be seamlessly connected to our CL-M201 combustible gas alarm controller to real-time upload data and device status, enabling centralized monitoring and management of multiple detectors. When paired with the M201 host, the PowerBus two-wire technology simplifies wiring, reduces costs, and enhances system stability, making it ideal for large-area industrial applications.Based on embedded micro-control technology, the detector offers simple operation, complete functions, and high reliability. Its explosion-proof structure adapts to harsh environments such as high temperature, high humidity, and dust, allowing plug-and-play installation to lower operation and maintenance thresholds. It provides efficient and reliable gas monitoring solutions for industrial and commercial sites.
