1. Product Overview
This flameproof dual-infrared flame detector is designed for early fire warning in scenarios with multiple fuel types. Relying on dual-infrared band detection technology, it can accurately identify the combustion characteristics of various fuels such as hydrocarbons and alcohols, achieving early warning of fire hazards.
The detector is equipped with 2 infrared sensors of different wavelengths, combined with a sapphire optical filter to form a dual-spectrum monitoring system. Its unique dual-band collaborative detection mechanism performs dual verification of the energy distribution and frequency characteristics of flame signals through time-domain signal waveform analysis and frequency-domain spectral feature decomposition, using Fourier fuzzy algorithms and integrating with an interference source logic database. It can effectively filter more than 95% of false alarm factors such as direct sunlight, welding sparks, and high-temperature equipment radiation, making it particularly suitable for complex environments such as oil depots, boiler rooms, and chemical storage tank areas.
Innovative multi-sensor data fusion algorithms and adaptive threshold adjustment technology enable the detector to maintain a fire response speed of ≤15 seconds under extreme industrial conditions such as a wide temperature range of -10°C~55°C and high humidity of 95% RH. The anti-interference design of dual-infrared bands ensures stable operation in production sites with strong electromagnetic interference, providing all-weather reliable fire protection for high-risk scenarios.
