This flameproof dual-infrared flame detector is engineered for early fire alerts in multi-fuel environments. Leveraging dual-infrared band detection technology, it precisely identifies combustion traits of various fuels like hydrocarbons and alcohols, enabling early warning of fire risks.

 

Equipped with 2 infrared sensors of distinct wavelengths and paired with a sapphire optical filter, the detector forms a dual-spectrum monitoring system. Its exclusive dual-band collaborative detection mechanism verifies flame signals' energy distribution and frequency characteristics through time-domain waveform analysis and frequency-domain spectral decomposition. By utilizing Fourier fuzzy algorithms and integrating an interference source logic database, it can effectively filter over 95% of false alarm triggers such as direct sunlight, welding sparks, and high-temperature equipment radiation—making it ideal for complex settings like oil depots, boiler rooms, and chemical storage tank zones.

 

Innovative multi-sensor data fusion algorithms and adaptive threshold adjustment technology allow the detector to maintain a fire response time of ≤15 seconds under extreme industrial conditions, including a wide temperature range (-10°C~55°C) and high humidity (95% RH). The dual-infrared band anti-interference design ensures stable operation in production sites with strong electromagnetic interference, offering round-the-clock reliable fire protection for high-risk scenarios.
