1. Product Overview
The M201 combustible gas detection system is an industrial-grade safety solution comprising a gas detector and alarm controller. The controller meets GB16808-2008 standards and monitors gas concentrations in ambient air, compatible with multiple gas detectors, actuators, and receivers (collectively termed "addressing units"). Detectors are deployed in hazardous indoor/outdoor leak-prone areas, while the controller operates in safe zones (e.g., control rooms).
Upon detecting gas vapors, the system displays real-time concentration levels. If levels exceed predefined thresholds, audible/visual alarms and control signals activate external safety devices to prevent accidents.
Utilizing RS485 and PowerBus architectures with ModBus RTU protocol, the M201 integrates a microprocessor and high-precision sensors for rapid, sensitive detection. Its user-friendly interface features a Chinese LCD display and keyboard for real-time data monitoring. Advanced software algorithms ensure anti-interference performance and fault diagnostics, guaranteeing stable operation.
