1.Product Overview
The M201 combustible gas alarm system is an industrial - use gas safety detection instrument composed of a gas detector and a gas alarm controller. The controller fully complies with the requirements of GB16808 - 2008 Combustible Gas Alarm Controller. It is used to detect the concentration of the gas to be measured in the ambient air and can be connected to various types of gas detectors, actuators, and receivers (hereinafter referred to as "addressing units"). The detector can be installed in indoor and outdoor hazardous locations where the measured gas may leak; the controller is installed in a non - explosive area (inside the control room).
When the measured gas or vapor volatilizes in the air, the controller will display the gas concentration in the air. When the concentration of the measured gas reaches or exceeds the set value, the controller and the detector will emit audible and visual alarm signals and output control signals to activate the corresponding external control devices, thus avoiding major accidents.
The M201 controller adopts bus - based communication, based on the RS485 bus structure and the PowerBus bus structure, and complies with the ModBus RTU protocol. It uses a microprocessor as the control unit and a high - precision sensor as the detection transmitter, featuring high sensitivity and fast response. The human - machine interface of this system adopts liquid - crystal display and keyboard - interactive operation, with a Chinese - language interface for simple operation, and it can display the on - site gas concentration value in real - time.
