1.Product Overview
This explosion-proof multi-spectral flame detector adopts red-ultraviolet hybrid detection technology, integrating 2 infrared wavelength sensors (IR1/IR2) and 1 ultraviolet sensor (UV), and is equipped with a sapphire optical filter.
Through cross-validation of data from the three sensors, it achieves nanosecond-level response to early flame signals, with detection accuracy increased by over 70% compared to single-spectral detectors. It is equipped with a time-domain and frequency-domain dual-signal processing system and Fourier fuzzy algorithm to intelligently filter interference such as ambient light and thermal body radiation, reducing the false alarm rate by 90% compared to traditional products. Relying on multi-sensor collaboration and adaptive algorithms, it can operate stably in extreme environments such as -10°C to 55°C and humidity ≤95% RH without condensation, suitable for early fire warning and safety protection in multiple scenarios such as petrochemical plants, nuclear power plants, and chip factories.
