1. Product Overview

 

This advanced explosion-proof multi-spectral flame detector incorporates three infrared wavelength sensors and one ultraviolet sensor, fitted with a sapphire optical filter. By leveraging multi-spectral detection technology, it is capable of precisely recognizing combustion flames from various fuel types. The built-in signal processing systems for time-domain and frequency-domain, along with Fourier fuzzy algorithms and interference source logic analysis, can effectively reduce the impact of interference factors such as ambient light and thermal body radiation. This significantly lowers the false alarm rate, enabling stable operation in both complex indoor environments and open-air sites with abundant interference sources.

 

The detector utilizes specialized fire signal processing algorithms to coordinate the joint operation of multiple sensors, leading to a notable enhancement in detection sensitivity. Even under extreme industrial conditions like high/low temperatures and high humidity, it can quickly react and provide early fire warnings, offering a dependable safeguard for safety protection.
