1. Product Overview
This flameproof four - band flame detector is specially designed for early fire warning in scenarios with multiple fuel types. By integrating infrared and ultraviolet four - band detection technologies, it can accurately identify the combustion characteristics of various fuels and achieve earlier warning.
The detector is equipped with 3 infrared wavelength sensors and 1 ultraviolet sensor, combined with a sapphire optical filter to build a full - spectrum monitoring system. It can increase the response speed to flames of various fuels such as hydrocarbons and alcohols by more than 30%. Its unique four - band joint detection mechanism conducts multi - dimensional modeling of the amplitude, frequency and spectral distribution of flame signals through three processes of time - domain waveform analysis, frequency - domain spectrum decomposition and Fourier fuzzy algorithm. Combined with the interference source logic database, it can intelligently filter more than 98% of false alarm factors such as sunlight, welding arc and thermal radiation, and is especially suitable for complex environments such as chemical workshops and storage areas.
